Hello everybody,
I'd like to ask you for help with a calculated column.
I'll use the following table to demostrate it on an example
In order to get the Requested column I use this formula:
Requested =
CALCULATE (
SUM (Query1[hours] );
FILTER (
ALLEXCEPT ( Query1; Query1[User] );
Query1[project_category] <> "_Attendance"
)
)
It works, however, when I use the slicer for the visualization, the date slicer doesn't have any influence in my new column and it still returns only one (the total) value.
Is there anything I can do about that? Any formula taht cooperates with the date and will return a value only for the time period I filter using the slicer?
Thanks in advance

Hi @Murkow,
Please try below measure:
requested = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Query1[Hours] ), ALLSELECTED ( Query1[Spent_on] ), ALLSELECTED ( Query1[Project category] ), Query1[project category] <> "_Attendance" )
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
