Hello Everyone,
I have created a date function where I am Changing the dates based on "Last 30 Days", Last 60 days", Last 90 Days" etc. The date function is working fine; however, when I am changing the main date the calculated date function is not working and the date range is getting fixed. Example for reference is below;
Selecting the duration is changing the start date & end date:
But when I am manually changing the start or end date the Duration filter is not working. I manually changed the date to 12 June and now even if I am changing the Duration to Last month end date is the same.
Is there any way to solve this?
Regards,
Surekha

when select this month, then the date is from the first day to today. However, you change the date, then the conditon conflicts with "This Month". The same as Last Month. So I think you can separate to 2 pages. One is for fixed period. The other is for mannually selection.

Hi @Idrissshatila and @ryan_mayu ,
Thanks for your help. We aregoing to keep it as it is for now.

does that mean if you select last month, the start date and end date will be 5/1-5/31, if you select current month, the start date and end date will be 6/1 - today?
then why you mannually change the start date and end date?

Hi @ryan_mayu,
Ye correct. But here the issue is that once I change the date, either in the Start or end date, then the duration filter is not working. So if I am manually changing the date to, let's say 12 June, and then when I am selecting last month, it is not filtering the date between 1 May and 31 May. And the user might sometimes change the date manually.

Hi @Idrissshatila,
Thank you for your response. Could you please tell me how can I use relative date filter? I haven't used it before.

Surekha

Hello @Surekha_PM ,
yes, the slicer won't filter the date slicer, it won't work like this.
you could use the relative date slicer option.
