Calculated Column to Check Repeat Failed User

Hi Anonymous ,
We have considered below table as mentioned in your requirement,You can use below DAX expression to create new calculated column in your table,
StatusResult = IF(CALCULATE( COUNT(UserTbl[Result]), FILTER( UserTbl, UserTbl[Month]= EARLIER(UserTbl[Month]) && UserTbl[Result] ="Failed" )) > 1, "Repeat", "Non Repeat" )
