Calculated Column in Query Editor Help needed - interesting problem :)

Hello,

I'm hoping for some help in Power BI!  Here's the scoop:

My data is essentially cases/tickets that people file.  We are looking to create a benchmark.  One of the columns we have is "Days Open".  We would like to create a benchmark where we can say "Has the number of days this ticket been open more or less than the average + standard deviation of all tickets."  Is that doable?

Additionally, we would like to add more conditions, like "as the number of days this ticket been open more or less than the average + standard deviation of all closed tickets within a certain tier."

Is something like that available in DAX?  Or do you have any idea as to how I can create something like that?

Thanks,

Nick

Yes all of this is can be done using DAX functions. You will need to create measures.
