Calculated Column for Sum in a Column Compared to Another Column

I'm looking to create a calculated column or measure to sum a value. "Receipt Qty in Alt.UoM" should sum up and equal "Quantity Units", extra amount of "Receipt Qty in Alt.UoM" should move to the next cell in the same logic and equal "Quantity Units" again. Leftovers go to the next cell with the same logic.

I'm not 100% certain what direction to head towards. I have attempted a couple of things but it does not work out. Hopefully I explained what I am attempting to accomplish well enough.

I am looking for the image without color to look like the one with color. Attached.

** A "Material Number" can have multiple "Batch".
