Calculated Column based on Most Significant Value

Hi,

I am trying to create a new column within Power BI that sets the value based on reading the most significant string. Basically, I have list of servers that are being used by different applications. Those applications can either be critical or non-critical and each server can be used by many applications.

I am looking to create a new column which basically sets the Criticality to Critical if any of the applications it is used by is marked as Critical. Example seen below, I am trying to create the "Ranked Criticality" column in Power BI:

Any guidance greatly appreciated
