Calculated Column Lookup Help

Not sure why I'm stumped here, but I am, so I'm hoping for some help.  I have a table with duplicate UUIDs from one Database.  I have columns that may contain text, or may not contain text.  I have been trying to create a new calculated column that will lookup the UUID, see if there are values within column "DB1.Name" that contain text, and if so, then say "Found" in this new calculated column.

Please see image below for a visualization I made in Excel for what I would love help with.

Thanks for any help in advance!

@Syndicate_Admin there are many ways to do this, here is using ALLEXCEPT function:

Found =
VAR __cnt =
CALCULATE (
    COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table','Table'[UUID] ),
    COALESCE ( 'Table'[db1.name], "" ) <> ""
)
 RETURN
 IF ( NOT ISBLANK ( __cnt ), "Found", "Not Found" )

COALESCE is used to check both empty string values and null values.
