Calculate total ignoring date table filters

I may be going completely the wrong direction with all of this, but I have a budgeted total cost

I use Budget Total = calculate(sumx(BUDGET, BUDGET[Total Costs]),all(BUDGET[Total Costs],BUDGET[Date]))

I wish to combine this with our actuals and forecast.  But all cannot take [Date] from the central date table.

Is there another way to achieve the same thing?

I have to have a total so I can remove actuals/forecast from the totals.  I can have two seperate tables, it's just nice to have them both on the same chart.

you need to join both dates to the date table one will be an active relationship, one will be in inactive relationship, you need to use the userelationship() function to use both dates at the same time.
