Calculate total difference in a value between two different data time slicer

Hi guys, I'm new to PowerBI and i need your help calculate the following:

Having this data:

DateTime	TotalClicks
3/1/2029	1000
3/2/2029	1200
3/3/2029	900
3/4/2029	1100

I have these two data time slicers:

and i need to calculate the difference in the TotalClicks value between these two periods, so the output would be a single value with a +/- sign, so it can be represented as the following:

I'd appriciate if anyone knows if this can be done and how?
