Calculate time for two columns and its average

Is there anyone who can aid me in computing the discrepancy between these two columns as well as determining their average, with the aim of presenting it graphically for each team?

return

time(0,0,_sec )

or a measure like 

New measure =

var _sec = Sumx(Table, datediff([Message Read Time], [End Click Time] , second) )

return

time(0,0,_sec )
