Please make sure the aggregation for 'Product_Code' is set as 'Don't summerize' and the aggregation for 'Product Qty' is set as 'Sum'.
Or you may create a measure as below.
Result = SUM('Table'[Product_Qty])
Result:

@Anonymous , You can choose aggregation as sum or create a measure
Total product qty = Sum(Table[product_qty])
Take the other two as (so not summarize) in a table or on the row of the matrix visual .
