Calculate percentage based on two dynamic measures

Hi,

I would need your help with a request I have on a Power Bi report:

1. I have a card visual that shows all 'Open incidents'. The value of this card changes based on a date slicer ('Open Date').

2. The second card visual shows all 'Open incidents for a population selected'. The value of this card changes based on multiple slicers, such as: 'Open Date', 'Country', 'Category', 'Business Group', etc.

The request is to calculate the percentage of 'Open incidents for a population selected' from 'Open incidents', but because both values are always dynamic, I couldn't do that.

Have you encountered this situation before? If yes, how did you solve it?

Your help is really appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @MikiMihaela27 ,

You want your measure to be filtered only by date? I mean what you need is to make your 'Open incidents for a population selected' not be affected by counntry, region etc?
