Calculate future amounts based on enddate

I want to show the amount of FTE per jobtitel in our organisation on the first of january every year in the future. The amount of FTE per jobtitel will decline because of enddates. If the jobtitel has no enddate then the amount of FTE will stay the same. Does anybody know how to caculate this in DAX?

Here is the measure from my sample file.

Count = 
VAR TheDate = FIRSTDATE ( Dates[Date] )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( MyTable[Amount] ),
        MyTable[End Date] >= TheDate || MyTable[End Date] = BLANK ()
    )

I have a column in my sample file date table which is StartOfYear that I use in the visual.
