Calculate function not working

Hello,

I am a beginner in the power BI and need some help. I am trying to calculate number of remaining hours of the project divided by the number of weeks left for the project by project title. I am calculating the remaining time of the project from the project dataset by using today and the last day of the project divindg by 7 to give number of weeks. Then i divide the remaining hours by the remaining number of weeks to get remaining hours /week.

This is working fine at the total project level as i think the total remaining hours and the number of weeks are coming from same table and at the project level

But when i try to get the remaining hours /week by the job title, i get the same answer as the total project level as it it divides the remaining hours for the total project and  not for the job title to the weeks remaining. The weeks remaining is contant for the total project and the job titles.

The remaining hours by job title are coming from this table 'Project Task Resource' from 'RS calculated hours' which is planned hours and job title is in the column 'RS Billing Class' are coming from measure and actual job to date hours are picked from different to reach remaining hours.
