Calculate Percentage of Training Status

Hi,

I have a column of Training Category (Self Request Training, External e-Learning, e-Learning Training, Internal Training).

How can I create a measure to calculate the percentage of each training category by completion status (Completed or In Progress)? and I want to visualize it in donut chart.

Staff Name	Training Category	Training Status
Staff A	Internal Training	Completed
Staff B	Internal Training	Completed
Staff C	Internal Training	Completed
Staff D	Internal Training	Completed
Staff A	e-Learning Training	Completed
Staff B	e-Learning Training	In Progress
Staff C	e-Learning Training	Completed
Staff A	External e-Learning	In Progress
Staff C	External e-Learning	In Progress
Staff B	Self Request Training	In Progress
Staff C	Self Request Training	Completed
Staff D	Self Request Training	Completed
