Calculate Passrate (CountIf)

Hello everyone,

I looked around at what's already asked, but it doesn't really work for me.

=COUNTIF([column1],">84.99")/COUNTIF([column1],"*")

The above is my Excel formula, and what I'm trying to do is calculate the passrate. Every score goes up to 100, and I'm trying to calculate the percentage of scores that have passed the above criteria.

In Powerbi I have:

  • TableName: evaluations
  • Column: q_percent

Thank you in advance

Hi

You should use a combination of CALCULATE, COUNT & FILTER, as below:

CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(evaluations),
FILTER(evaluations, [column1] > 84.99)
)
/
COUNTROWS(evaluations)

Hope that helps

Thanks! The data is slightly different than before, so let me double check before I mark it as a solution haha.
