Calculate Employee Commute Using Home and Business Address

I am trying to calculate the commute for each employee.  I have the home address and the address of the location where they work. I would like the driving distance and estimated driving time like I would see if I mapped it out for each employee to gauge the "cost" of commute and identify employees with an increased risk of leaving the company based on lenth of commute. 

If I have both addresses, does anyone know of a simple way to calculate the distance and time of commute?

Seem like you should get an API Key for Google Maps API > Distance Matrix API. You could create a custom connector and use Power Automate to loop through your list.
