Good Day.

In this pbix, i have the data for 2 year and comparing to the particular month when month slicer is selected.
I would like to create another new matrix table which is similar to this attached picture but is in Cumulative form.
For example, when month slicer is selected 'March'. The cumulative table will sum up January,February and March data for Consol#, Shipment# and Chargeable of the year.
I have tried to referred many DAX solutions but all of it does not works for me.
Appreciate any helps provided.

Crreste the following measure:
Consol= TOTALYTD( count(ConsolShipment[Consol ID]);'Calendar'[Date])
Now you just need to do the same measure for the rest of the columns you need:
