'Table'[Date] = blank()
),

Hi @Analitika

it looks like its better to use ALL() inside FILTER statement like

CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Table'[Sum] ),
FILTER (
ALL(Date[Date]),
'Table'[State] IN { "on", "edit" } &&
'Table'[Date] = blank()
)

)
