Calculate Account type Based on Sales.
Hi Team,
Can you please help me to Calculate CY,CY-1,CY-2 based on selected year and also to calculate Account Type based on below Formula.
Account Type | Formula |
|
Renewal | CY-1 > 0 CY > 0 | Customer Contributed to last year sales and are coming back this year |
Winback | CY-2 > 0 CY-1 = 0 CY > 0 | Customers contributing to sales after a gap of 1 year |
Acquisition | CY-1 & before = 0 CY > 0 | Customers contributing to sales for the first time |
Erosion | CY-1 & before > 0 CY = 0 | Customers lost this year but were present last year |
*Note: CY here denotes as Current Year. Example, CY is 2021. CY-1 is 2020. CY-2 is 2019.
