Hi Everyone,
I have a CSV file that updates with all GL data daily, but after 6/13/2023 I am unable to import into PowerBi. It seems that I have hit a capacity limit of some sort, but I have well under 2M rows. Anyone have any advice?
Hi @aacptl ,
How is the CSV file being updated? Is it downloaded from a system or is the new data manually added? CSV can store millions of row but If you manually update the file in Excel, the number of rows is limited only to a 1million+
Also, what errors are you getting?
Hi @aacptl
CSV files have max of around 1.049m rows. My recommendation is changing your data source to a folder rather than a single CSV file. By doing this, you can have hundreds of CSV files at ~1.049m rows and you won't have any issues.
Hope I have understood the issue at hand. If not, let me know.
Theo
