how can i get a date column using CALENDARAUTO function, i not want getting a table from it i want column just.
You can use like
Date = CALENDARAUTO()
or Date = CALENDARAUTO(3)//this make sure the calendar start in March and end at feb
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dax/calendarauto-function-dax
i know that CALENDARAUTO function return table, but my question is are there a way to get a date column using it.
I don't think we can do that for a column. CALENDARAUTO() will generate the dates automatically as a table.
Do you want to create continuous dates?
maybe you can try create an index column in PQ first, then use the starting date +index column
Column = DATE(2020,1,1)+tbl[Index]
