Button state selections not saving

Hello, 

I created a button to go to a drill through page. The drill through works as intended, however the format of the button does not save as set up within each state.

Under fill, I uploaded a photo to be in the blank button while in a default/disabled state. In the state of On Press, I added text of "Click here for more details" and the fill photo is replaced with colored fill. 

My dilemma is the text appears when nothing has been selected on the report. 

If I go into the default and disabled states to turn off the text - the text also remains off when in the on press state. 

Any suggestions would be sincerly appreciated!! Thank you!!
