Button for change Tabs and Hyperlink in table.

Two things

 

First:
I have to change tabs of power bi by means of a button.

 

Second:
I have to insert a hyperlink in a list in row by row, each row have your link.

1st - you can achieve this by bookmark

2nd- change date category of your url field under data modelling to "Web Url" and once you drop this field in your table, it will be clickable link.
