Hi
I have three Buttons on my report based on current year and the two is current year + 1 and +2. I want to hide the other buttons based on this. Each button has different bookmarks.
I tried using the text colur format and background, but I noticed that if it doesn't match, the text colour defaults to grey and doesn't retain the selected colour. Lets say on Button 2023, which isn't current year, it formats the colour to default grey. I chose blue font on a blue background as the background for my report page is blue. And when current year does equal to 2023, the font is white.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong for it not to pick up the other condition. I tried all sorts of aggregation and still couldn't get to change the colour.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi
Thank you for your response.
I am not sure what happened. Maybe an update was needed. It all seems to be working. I did take a screenshot of the issue though:
The 'test' is the button I ended up testing the format issue instead of the actual report. Tried to add conditonal formatting to and it wouldn't change the colour and defaulted to grey!
But it all seems to be working now. Thanks for trying to help.
Hi, @SJ_PPM_BI
I tested the issue that I was unable to reproduce for the time being. Can you provide sample files or sample diagrams for your operation? Sensitive data can be removed in advance.
