Hi,

Is there any possibility to send bulk emails to the people who have access to the dashboard but are not subscribed?

Hi @Vanyg77,

Current power bi not support this, I think you to suggest you to add a mail rule(subscribed person) to forward subscribe emails to other users.

I haven't tried this.

But, one of the ways I can think of is - Open the dataset of Usage metrics for the dashboard. Under Users, you will see UserPrincipalName which should have the email id of all users who have access.

Let me know if that works.

Thanks for the update but Could you please suggest if we can trigger an email of the dashboard report to all those members who are having access.

I don't know of a way to do that.
