Build a table as shown

I am looking to build an exact same table visual as shown below(hidding sensitive data):

My question is mainly on UI. Is this a custom visual ? If not how can I build an exact same visual in my report. Help is deeply appreciated.

@Anonymous Well, I took an educated guess that it was some sort of table visualization. Turns out I was right. I went to the Apps store for custom visuals and searched for "table". Looks like it is the Table Sorter visual from Microsoft.
