Bug display of pop-up windows power BI

Big problem on using Bi with the latest update. Unable to have full display of pop-up windows. Can't use bi correctly like this

I have the same problem, pop-ups are not fully displayed and you can not create conditionals or the "OK" option. Why does this happen?
