    Hello Jacks060650, firstly create department column in each sheet and add department name in that column in each sheet. 
    Then import all data into Power BI and append them one below the other then you will get chance to filter on week and department as well.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly,

 

I have appended them and it has now made Back of house below Admissions however now this has been done the BOH Budget and Actual no longer allign with the week numbers, any soloutions?
