Bubble Chart

I want to create a bubble chart based on a set of forecast data where the x-axis is the date, the y-axis is the opportunity stage, the bubbles represent opportunities with bubble size based on size. Struggling to find an add-in visual that permits that.  Any help would be appreciated.

The OOTB chart requires the y-axis to be values; I have stages (e.g., prospect, evaluation, proposal, etc.).  I'm trying to do minimal data manipulation in the table, but I may be able to make it work.
