Bring order count by last status

Work Data/time Status WorkOrderState
1 01/01/2022 18:40 pending 00
1 01/01/2022 18:42 pending 03
1 03/01/2022 18:40 pending 10
1 01/03/2022 18:41 closed 100
2 01/01/2022 18:40 pending 00
2 03/01/2022 18:45 pending 10
2 03/01/2022 18:45 closed 90
3 02/01/2022 07:00 pending 00
3 11/01/2022 07:00 closed 100
4 01/01/2022 07:00 pending 00
4 11/01/2022 07:00 pending 10

In the Table there is an Order column
A column with data/opening and data/status change time
A column with Status. And a column with the status number (can be random)
I need a formula of the total order amount "Pending" as per the max data in the date/time column, the status being the latest date when using The order
was closed on the same day, it will not be considered since pending on the day of the order
if the order is between open and closed, it will be pending

Hi @GeorgeNoble ,

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting.

Thanks for your efforts & time in advance.

Hello,

I need help to know the amount of WorkOrder according to TYPE OS.
In this case I want to consider the last record of the day in creationdate.

Using the pending type, I made a model in the image showing pending by day, I want to graph this value.
It is to bring the pending accumulated from the first day to the date that is filtered, it would be a dynamic, retroactive backlogcaptura.png

I did as per your blog.
But I encountered a difficulty,
when you graph the sum, it does not show total pending, it only shows pending of the day.
On day 2, for example, it doesn't show the pending total 4.
The order of the previous date that was not closed must come on the 2nd countsum.png
Any suggestion?
Thank you very much in advance
