Boxes automatically resizing

Dear Devs,

 

this has been an issue for a few releases now. FIX THIS. IT IS ANNOYING!

Every time I move an object and the red align lines show up, the object is resized. And arbitrarily too, if it is a 40 by 240 box that is aligned to a 40 by 240 box, the box gets resized to 39 by 239.

 

AGAIN, FIX THIS GARBAGE!
