Bot Log time/date intervals representation

Hello,

I have a relatively simple dataset which is a Log on several automated bots running different processes at different time/date intervals. I would like to visualize through PBI any overlaps or unused intervals (maybe a Gantt chart). I also know that the Time/Date format is what I should use to properly manipulate time/date intervals.

My question is related to how should I manipulate the following intervals?

Bot1 - Process A, runs:

• At 02:10 AM, on first Saturday of the month
• At 04:10 AM, on second Saturday of the month
• At 02:10 AM, on the third Saturday of the month
• At 02:10 AM, only on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Bot2 - Process B:

• At 02:30 AM, on the first Saturday of the month, only in January, February, March, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December
• At 04:30 AM, on the second Saturday of the month, only in January, February, March, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December
• At 02:30 AM, on the third Saturday of the month, only in January, February, March, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December
• At 02:30 AM, Sunday through Friday, only in January, February, March, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December

Bot3 - Process C:

• Daily at 12:00 PM
• Daily at 04:00 AM

Bot4 - Process D :

• At 07:00 AM, only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• At 09:00 AM, only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• At 10:30 AM, only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• At 12:00 PM, only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• At 01:30 PM, only on Monday, Thursday, Tuesday, Friday, and Wednesday

Not really familiar with DAX other than simple CALCULATE/FILTER expression and the PBI Desktop Filter pane does not help me represent several interval dates for the same bot.

Should measures be the best use for the above scenarios? Do I need a separate measure for each time interval? How do I make it so that the "second Saturday of the month, only in Month X" stays automated once we get into a new year?

1. Gantt chart needs start time (✔), end time or duration, can you explain how to get the latter? Ends at 24:00 on the same day?

2. How do you define the first week of the month?

1. I have an average run time for each bot/process (not in date format, just the numbers - minutes).

2. Would something like EOMONTH +1 do the trick?
