Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:

Yes, you can create bookmarks in Power BI to save different filter states without having to duplicate pages.

1.First, you can go to the View tab and make sure that the Bookmarks pane is checked so that the pane appears on the right,

Then save what you need in bookmarks:

2.Secondly, you can also edit the visualization interaction in the following figure:

3.Finally, you can also start with the interaction and visualization of the slicer between different pages in the image below.

Can you share sample data and sample output in tabular format if I am misunderstanding? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.
