Hi, I have been asked to produce the reports ive made in powerbi into a booklet to hand out at sales meetings.
I was wondering if there functionality to do this built into PowerBI.
Thanks

Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @Anonymous, I do not think so that there is some functionality like you described. When I had to make "booklet" for reports I made in PBI I just screenshoted reports/dashboard and created .pptx or .docx documents and described the solution.
Or I created special page in PBI where I had only text documentation via Text box functionality.
If there was special functionality, it would be great.
Regards.
Pavel
Pavel - all of those functions are coming - i.e. not yet available. They look to be in beta testing which means they should be released anywhere from 1 week to next couple of months.
I am not a part of the beta testing so I cannot answer to the functionality of the buttons or timeline.
I viewed this image on twitter from someone who is a part of the beta testing or is a Microsoft employee.

Thanks Pavel, agree it would be great if there was a one click publish
A few things to keep in mind / consider:
1. Export to PowerPoint is coming soon (recently on twitter - this would be connected to a live report/dashboard which would allow the ability to refresh the deck easily):
2. If publishing to web (public accessible) is ok, see this link - in particular the Sway integration: http://www.jenunderwood.com/2016/02/03/public-data-storytelling/
3. If you do not want to wait for the Export to PowerPoint option, there is an existing PowerPoint add in for Power BI dashboard tiles or paid version w/ more capabilities: http://www.devscope.net/Products.aspx
Hi @PowerDAX. I do not see the Embed in SharePoint option and Export to PowerPoint (Preview) in my Power BI Service. How is it possible, that you have this options? ![]()
And what about this greyed out Download report option? This would be also very helpful. ![]()
I am also interested what are these two functions below on the pic:
Thanks in advance.
