is there any possibility to block connections to specific data sources like we can do in Power platform via DLP policies?

Based on my researching, there is no such things like DLP policies to block connections to specific data sources currently. You can raise an idea about this request on https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/ so that people can vote for it.
