Blank visual on no selection

I have a slicer containing 4 countries, and a seperate table visual that includes their description. 

By default, the description of all 4 countries appear in the table when no selection to the slicer is made. 

However, I am seeking help in making this table blank (no text inside) when no selection of any country is made. 

Could you please help ? It's taking me ages..

Plz add the measure similar like :

Measure1 =
CALCULATE ( IF ( ISFILTERED ( TB1[Customer] ), 1, 0 ), ALLSELECTED ( TB1 ) )
