(Blank) value in Page Level Filter

I maintain an Employee Dashboard with several queries (Active Employee list, Resigned Employe List, Divisional Name Query, Calendar Query, etc.) connected. I observed several Report's page level filters giving me a (blank) value in it. What could be a possible issue for this?

Hi @N5 

You fact table may have more distinct values in a column used in a relatoniship than in a column used in dimensioin table.  In the below example, Dim doesn't have E so it will show blank instead wether in the filter pane or in a slicer.
