Blank out date column when certain text is in a different column

How do I get Column "Letter due to Supervisor" to show blank date when Column "Description" has text (Letter Waived).

    CONTAINSSTRING(MAX('Table'[Description]), "Letter Waived"),
    BLANK(),
    MAX('Table'[Letter Due to Supervisor])
  )

@Greg_Deckler  that then removes the whole row that has the information.  I just want the Date to go blank but the rest of the line for the person to still be there.
