Bing Maps REST API can't authenticate

I can't get the data from BingMaps. I used Anonymous, Windows (my current credentials), Basic, Web API but nothing works. What is the right way to authenticate?

 

I also tried this https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-Authenticate-a-REST-API-in-Power-BI/td-p/1883942
