HI
Our environment is behind a proxy server and our Power BI Server is confiugred to use the proxy server.
Bing maps appear properly on the Power BI Server but when reports are accessed from a remote machine , the reports appear but bing maps don't show up .
It seems highly unlikely that we need proxy server settings on the clients as reports can be accessed from any terminal using the browser and reports are being renderd from the Power BI Server which has the proxy server configured .
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
Hi, @askhan ;
If there is a proxy in the company's network? If yes, here's a solution, https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Map-Visualization-Not-Working-only/idi-p/717771
