Between Slicer not showing appropriate min and max values at default

When no values are input to the min and max fields they are not defaulting to the record min and maxes. In the example show below the max value is $7,239,034 but the table with the same data clearly shows there are 4 values higher than the max value listed.

We are able to manullly enter the slicer min and max values outside of the defaults as shown below.

@ashleyfiore let me clarify a few things that will help:

 

So the values you are showing on the rows are in a column without aggregation and the same column you are using for the slicer, is this the correct assumption?

Based on the table shown the max value should be $14,351,646 not the $7,239,034 shown by default in the betweeen slicer. This showing improperly would make the end user assume if not verrified that the filter is applying a Max value of $7,239,034 which it is not per the table below.
