Hello,
So I've been searching for a video for a while where's the a women teaching how to consolidate/combing data all the way to transforming it but I can't seem to find the video of it and wondering if you guys can point or teach me how to do it again?
Here's what she did (from what I remember):
1. Selected a folder in sharepoint
2. Filtered it to a specific folder and just selected just one file
3. All the data transformation
4. Tweaked "something" inside Advanced Editor to make it a function that accepts a file and apply all the data transformation she did
5. Added more data in specified sharepoint folder and run the function to all the files in there to transform and combine the files it found
All of this happened within relying on the built-in feature of powerbi where it will create a group(folder) in power query that handles the data transformation
The reason why I'm asking this is because I always tend to redo all the steps on importing the data down to running all the data transformation whenever there's an addition feature that was added in our dataset.
