Bar char With Multiple Categories Problem

Hello everyone,

I want to make quarterly reports, and I have a large amount of data. I want to put the bar chart as shown in the picture below and I'm having a problem with how to insert such a chart bar specifically because i will make it manually

As you can see, I have listed the bar chart, but each doctor's name is listed separately, Is there a way to make the bar chart more tidy as  a picture above thank you

@Nader85 , Take, month, and name on X-axis, Sort on Axis, Concatenate label off(Should be by default). That is best you can get in Power BI standard visual
