Bar and Area chart - how to change format (color/dotted line/highlight/etc) if it's in future date

Hello,

I saw some solutions for similiar issue but my x-axis is a hierachy with Year and MonthID (for example. 2024-07, 2024-08, etc) with no date. Both of these are stored as text. I would like the formatting change to carry over when I drill up/down/expand hierachy please.
Area chart is summing as it goes to year and bar chart is averaging as it goes to year. Any formatting change is ok (different color/different line type/highlighting the background/etc) to show it isin (MonthID)/contains (Year) forecasted data in a future date.

Below is a sample of the data:

Thank you so much!
