Help creating weekly snapshot table

Hi there,&nbsp;I have an Excel online document I am using as my data source.The table is called 'Capability' and each team adds a new row to it every 6-8 weeks where they rate themselves for themes of Flow/Value/Culture/Delivery:&nbsp;&nbsp;I want to create a new table that each week will show me what %of teams were Red/Amber/Green for each theme of Flow/Value/Culture/Delivery. Based on whatever their most recent rating was. I'm guessing this should be some form of 'snapshot' table?
