Bar Chart with additional data point

Hello again, thanks for all the help so far!

 

I have a simple bar chart but I need to add another data point. Below is an example created in PowerPoint.  The x axis is grouped into four sections.  Is something like this possible in Power BI?

@Carrhill , Take The two columns on axis-> expand , Sort on column and concatenate label off
