Bar Chart - Display Top N, Bottom N and everything in between on separate charts

Hi everyone,

I need to create a bar chart comparing averages, which will be exported into a PowerPoint file. The client wants each data point displayed on a slide with 5 bar graphs per slide. When the file is published, they don’t want to filter the content; they want the slides to dynamically show the required data.

I can set up pages for the top 5 and bottom 5 data points, but I’m struggling with how to handle the data in between. Any suggestions?

Hi, @neta2059

I've modeled some data that I hope fits your situation.

For data between Top N and Bottom N:

Measure between =
Var _table1=CALCULATETABLE(VALUES('Table'[Product]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Rank asc]<=5))
Var _table2=CALCULATETABLE(VALUES('Table'[Product]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Rank desc]<=5))
Var _table3=UNION(_table1,_table2)
RETURN
IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Product]) in EXCEPT(VALUES('Table'[Product]),_table3),1,0)

Hi @neta2059

Please provide a workable sample data and your expected result from that. It is hard to figure out what you want to achieve from the description alone.
