I had to go back to PBI January release in order to disable cross highlighting/filtering by default and add apply button to filter pane. You can go into the settings but none of the changes are applied to the report. This includes applying the changes and closing/opening the report.
Just here to complain. It'd be nice if every single desktop release or service update didn't introduce additional bugs when it comes to basic functionality.
