Azure map showing points but not road

Hi,

I'm trying to add AZURE Map on my PBI, when adding Latitude and Longitude datas, points are displayed correctly but map isn't.

Any ideas?

Have you zoomed out completely and checked?

Yes I did, map is completely empty.
